We, like most, enjoy spending time in the garden. Our view of the desert and the mountains is beautiful. This year we expanded our home time.
COVID and our preference for living in the outback allow us to enjoy lots of home cooking and fine dining. Even when we're home, we take advantage of the many restaurants and local bistros.

We're only 60 miles from the Mexican Border, and we love Mexican Seafood. Paulina and I try to eat out at one of the many seafood restaurants in Tucson as much as possible! Check out our adventures and the recipes, which can be easily made at home.
Besides the deliciousness of Korean BBQ, it's fun to spend time together while cooking! We've enjoyed lots of it and plan to continue.
Although most of our meal are home cooked, we dined out for Paulina's birthday. I enjoyed the Mexican Paella. We also prepared a favorite dish .. Italian Peppers, Onions and Peppers. See slide show from my April Photo Journal for our festivities or view my April Photo Journal.
Nice to dine out, but Summertime BBQs are the best! We're already set for our Independence Day BBQ! We're having the gang back again for this year's holiday celebration!
