This week I've been thinking about working on my health and diet. So, thanks to my family and doctor, I've been reading a lot about Vegan and Onish diets.
It seems that I now enjoy lots of good things that are in fact also good for me. However, I also learned that many foods I love don't love me! Paulina, John, Sunnie and even my doctor have been helping me see the "real cheese". My son has especially been urging me to think Vegan and the Onish diet.
It seems, it's possible to pick the best from both diets. And continue to make my favorite foods.
So, I'm setting my goals now to simply take care and eat better.
Today, I woke up and switched from Coffee to Green Tea. Later, I'll be eating cottage cheese with blueberries and rasberries. And, dinner .. Italian as you may have guessed. Click on the link for more info.
