Love dining out and dining in, and often I want to save the recipe and video. Like most, I have lots of recipes and videos. My favorite chef's include Linda Vitale and Pasquale Sciarappa.
Until now, I collected and shared many of my YouTube recipes here at Papa's Recipes!

Taking it to the Next Level
As a developer, I created my own Recipe Application. This is a live application on my server, which will be used to add more recipes. This includes the ability to link to YouTube or other online locations. I suggest you check it out. This includes full admin privileges so you can do it all, i.e., view, change, add, product pdf, and decide if it fits your needs.
I have even created a "Souz Chef" .. that is the business assistant "Starting Point". This can be used by commercial chef's for business purposes.
In addition, I have a FREE download of the original editions which can be used on an iPad or iPhone so you can "roll your own"!
I'm now in the process of upgrading these apps, and will be replacing and adding lots more. I will post again when it's time for the new editions.
